Training Centre for Crowne Plaza Jordan

Crowne Plaza Jordan Dead Sea Resort & Spa has received its first approved training center for the Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance UK (HABC) in Jordan. 

This news was post the announcement of the ISO 22000: 2005 certification for food safety. The hotel can now provide HABC training programs that lead to the following HABC qualifications: HABC level 1 award in food safety in catering, HABC level 2 award in food safety in catering, HABC level 3 award in supervising food safety in catering, level 2 award in HACCP (Hazards Analysis and Critical Control Points) for catering, level 3 award in effective auditing and inspection skills
