FIRST EVER JORDAN DIVE SHOW TO BE HELD IN AMMAN THIS WEEK
Amman, April 3, 2016– The first ever Jordan Dive Show will be held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel/Zara Expo from April 7-9, 2016. Organized by the Aqaba Diving Association, this event will be the second ever dive show held in the entire Middle East after Dubai. It is open to the general public of all ages and entry is free.
The event will showcase over 20 dive centers based in Aqaba, offer discounted prices, new membership options to provide long term returns for customers and invite a broad range of people to participate and explore the potential of diving in Jordan. There will also be underwater photography exhibitions, interactive scuba activities for families and opportunities to simulate diving and try on equipment.
A number of Jordaniandive masters will also speak at the event over the course of the three days to present and discuss topics ranging from the history of scuba diving and how it began in Aqaba, to the activities of the marine life and untold stories.
The Jordan Dive Showaims to introduce scuba diving to more Jordanians, who will be encouraged to visit Aqaba more, as divers are frequent returning customers with multiple visits and excursions a year. Itwill be held under the patronage of the Ministry of Tourism and supported by the USAID Jordan Local Enterprise Support Project (LENS) in addition to an array of major local and international institutions
