CA Abu Dhabi launches the Al Ain Air Championship 2015

n an effort to highlight a diversified view of tourism options in Abu Dhabi, the tourism authority TCA Abu Dhabi recently announced the date for the 11th edition of the Al Ain Air Championship (previously known as Al Ain Aerobatic Show).

The event will be staged at Al Ain International Airport from 17-19 December 2015.

The championship will feature a new competition format and an expanded programme catering to flying enthusiasts and families in the region.

The championship format will feature a select field of invited flying enthusiast from around the world, including a mix of elite military teams and civilians. The series will be a three-day head-to-head competition.

TCA Abu Dhabi is teaming up with the Al Ain stakeholders and private sector for offers and activities.

The 2015 edition of the Al Ain Air Championship is jointly organised by Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority and UAE Air Force and is supported by Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC).
