in an effort to highlight the benefi ts of healthy cooking,InterContinental Hotels Group

 

(IHG) recently announced apartnership with Teresa Cutter.

 

Cutter is the founder of The Healthy Chef and will develop a range of healthy menu options exclusively for the MICE market in Crowne Plaza Hotels and Resorts across Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA).Cutter will create a collection of 60 recipes for Crowne Plaza

 

meetings’ menus including breakfast, mid-morning, lunch,afternoon tea and snacks. Dishes ill include poached organic chicken salad with pistachio and lemon parsley mint salsa verde or a protein rich power smoothie for breakfast made with almond milk,

said: “This new healthy eating programme for Crowne Plaza will further enhance what we off er.

 

We are constantly looking for ew ways to improve our food and beverage programmes and develop ndustry initiatives.

 

This year, we’ve launched the InterContinental Planet Trekkers Children’s Menu developed by chef Theo Randall and Annabel
