عالم السياحه – عمت الدول العربية في الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا في الآونة الأخيرة اضطرابات اجتماعية عدة، الأمر الذي يمكن أن نعزوه إلى تدهور الوضع الاقتصادي والبطالة وانعدام العدالة الاجتماعية والتوزيع غير العادل للثروات.
تشير تقديرات سوق العمل في الدول العربية إلى تميز هذه الاقتصادات – باستثناء دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة والمملكة العربية السعودية – بارتفاع معدلات البطالة، مع وجود تباين كبير حسب النوع الاجتماعي والعمر والتعليم. حيث تضاعفت معدلات بطالة الشباب على الأقل تقدير خلال أزمة كورونا.
تسعى منظمة النهضة العربية من خلال برامجها وجهودها المختلفة إلى تعزيز فرص النساء والرجال في الحصول على عمل لائق ومنتج يتسم بالحرية، والعدالة، والأمن، والكرامة. وحث الحكومات وأصحاب العمل علي تطبيق حقوق العمال والقيام بالزامتهم بالمعايير الدنيا المتعلقة ببية العمل. وتقديم الخدمات الفنية لتعزيز تطبيق معايير العمل الدولية من خلال أنشطة التوعية والإصلاح القانوني، وإنفاذ القانون.
وبيوم العمال تعلي شبكة شباب النهضة صوتها تضامناً وإجلالاً مع جميع العمال في وطننا العربي.

The Arab States recent events are characterized by widespread social unrest, which can be attributed to the deterioration of the economic situation, unemployment, and lack of social justice and equal distribution of wealth.
The labor market estimates for Arab States indicate that -with the minor exception of The United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia- these economies are characterized by high unemployment rates, with significant variations within countries by gender, age, and education. In many of the countries, youth unemployment rates have at least doubled during the Corona crisis, which has produced a large negative impact on employment growth in the last two years.
ARDD through its various programs and efforts seeks to promote opportunities for women and men to obtain decent and productive work in conditions of freedom, equity, security, and dignity, to mobilize governments and employers to sustain workers’ rights and obligations and achieve the above minimum standards in the work environment, and provide technical services to promote the application of international labor standards through awareness-raising activities, legal reform, and law enforcement.
We present this video as a message of solidarity by Al Nahda Youth Network and a reverence to all laborers in our Arab world.
May the arms of the workers in the Arab world strengthen the resolve of our societies and build the foundations for our next renaissance.
